Common Problems/Troubleshooting
1. Automatic shutdown after startup: Please charge before use when the power is insufficient.
2. Automatic shutdown or restart: Insufficient battery power leads to low voltage, please charge before use.
3. Speaker mute: Check if the volume is turned on or restart the speaker.
4. Bluetooth connection failure: Please check if the speaker is in Bluetooth mode; If the speaker is connected to another device, you can forcefully disconnect the device by long pressing the “play/pause” button on the speaker to enter the mode you want to match. Finally, confirm whether Bluetooth devices such as phones and tablets have Bluetooth enabled, and click on the device to search.
5. No function or incorrect function: Please shut down and restart first.
About charging
1.When the battery is low, the speaker will sound a low battery warning every 60 seconds. When you hear a low frequency warning sound, please charge the speaker
2. Insert the Type-C charging cable into the Type-C charging port of the speaker, and connect the other end to a charging device that can provide a DC voltage of 5V and a current of 1000mA. The speaker will automatically enter charging mode.
3. When charging, the charging indicator light stays on and goes out after being fully charged.
